Make a difference. As real estate agents, my grandfather and mother both lived by those words, and now it’s my turn. By training I’m a civil engineer, but by choice and commitment, I’m a REALTOR®.
After growing up in Atlanta and graduating from Clemson University, I moved to Denver. I worked as a civil engineer on multiple complex projects, quickly fell in love with Colorado and bought my first home in Platt Park in 1998. Five years later, I decided to try my hand at my “family’s business,” and found what I was looking for: the natural way to leverage my analytical ability to make a qualitative and lasting difference in people’s lives.
Since 2003, I’ve worked with well over 450 buyers and sellers to craft real estate transactions that benefit them personally as well as financially. I’m an evangelist for many of Denver’s historic neighborhoods and hidden suburban gems, but there’s a special place in my heart for my neighborhood, Platt Park.
That’s why I founded “What’s Up In Platt Park?” an organization that, at last count, keeps over 2000 Facebook followers up to date with issues, events, area businesses and charitable happenings in our neighborhood. To make a difference in our community, we host the annual Pumpkin Patch and Food Drive to benefit the neighborhood and local schools.
By any measure, I love making a difference. In terms of sales, I have been in the top one to two percent of REALTORS® working along Colorado’s Front Range since 2013. To support my clients through closing and beyond, I’ve assembled a network of some of the best mortgage bankers, home inspectors, title insurance professionals, attorneys and contractors in the Denver area. Most important to me, however, are the relationships I’ve built with clients who are now friends and, by referring their families and friends, have given me a career I love.
When you (or a friend!) are ready to buy or sell a home, I hope you’ll allow me to deliver the closing that will make a difference in your life. Call me at 303.819.1818.
